Refunds and returns is unavailable on all our food/treat prducts. Any other goods a refund/repair is available on any stock that is faulty or damaged on delivery.

Free delivery is available within a 4 mile radius of our store on all orders over £30, orders less than £30 maybe be subject to a delivery charge depending on location. 

We are very sorry but we can only offer a collection from store to all other UK locations at this time.
