Service Description

This service consists of the following: Hair cutting around the eyes and face only. PLEASE NOTE: we kindly ask customers to only drop their dog off at the specified time and not before – if you are more than 10 Minutes late, this will count as a missed appointment and you will lose your payment and need to make another booking.

Cancelation Policy

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your grooming or day-care session. Any changes within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee and/or full deposit sacrifice.
