Service Description

This HAND STRIP LARGE breed service includes the following: Bath – Blow-dry – Sanitary clean – Paw tidy – Nail cutting – Stripping of hair. What is NOT included in this service is the following: Plucking hair from inside the ear canal - Anal glands – inside of ears – teeth cleaning PLEASE NOTE: we kindly ask customers to only drop their dog off at the specified time and not before – if you are more than 10 Minutes late, this will count as a missed appointment and you will lose your deposit and need to make another booking. If you choose to let someone else drop off your dog, PLEASE make sure they are fully aware of the groom you require.

Cancelation Policy

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your grooming or day-care session. Any changes within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee and/or full deposit sacrifice.
